HAZELWOOD, MO – The new concept has been submitted to the city of Hazelwood for the new multi-tenant retail center.

The retail center will feature a 4,500 square foot Royals Liquor franchise with two (2) smaller tenant spaces available on either side of the center aligned Royals Liquor.

Both available tenant spaces will be completed to a ‘White Box’ finish in preparation future tenant buildouts.

UPDATE: Negotiations are underway with a national franchise for one of the available spaces.
